I thought that there was an option in Outlook to leave a copy of the email on the server , and then the other machine could then download the extra copy. I haven't been following the discussion closely so I may have missed what the result that your trying to achieve. I believe I've done that in the past , when my wife and I were at different locations and both wanted to check on all the same emails for the same email account.
