I have heard absolutely nothing. Just thinking out loud.

It just seems to me that WB has enough expertise in financial services to evaluate the situation. He also has loads of cash and has been providing liquidity to stressed companies in recent months.

As a shareholder of LVLT, I saw what that injection did for LVLT's share price. It went from 2.80 to 7+ in no time.

If ACF needs that liquidity shortly and cannot delay any offering, it seems to me they will have to do something and real soon.

I agree completely with your analysis that it's sort of self-fulfilling process. The lower it goes, the more dilution, the less it is worth etc.... However, there is a vice versa.

If I were running ACF and still belived strongly in my company (a big ?), I would make that call.
