In a weak market the 3 weeks before the new quarter cycle is the worst of times for bulls and best of time for the bears. They have the advantage of maximum fear mongering on war talk, worst case scenarios for company reports (reinforced by even some or out stocks like: EDS, AKLM, ACF AND DKWD) and with that many potential buyers just stay on the sidelines - where I should be. After 15 years you'd think I figure out that once a quarter I should just get out of the market and quit fighting the manipulators as they are too powerful right now.

At least RMCI is positive but (shhhhh) don't let the shorters know as they brag about taking down any stock they decide to conspire against.
