I am not sure that this is a REIT but it does own and lease property.

W. P. Carey & Co. LLC (WPC) is a real estate investment company that acquires and owns commercial properties leased to companies nationwide, primarily on a triple net basis.

Jim,
As per post 2319 on 9/19 - the $RMS has dropped the other 11 points to 420 in the 3 days. If it doesn't hold, Reits are going to be ugly for a while with a potential drop of the $RMS into the low 370's. I would beware of trading during this time.
