Sure. Heck, it's only a "contingency", nothing to worry about.

After all, the worst that could happen is an "incident" in Washington shuts down the gov't temporarily, the Shadow Gov't takes over w/o Congress, runs things for a while, keeps riff-raff off the streets and into these prison camps if necessary. Then tribunals sweep through after identification is made and matched with the databases, and the bad actors are separated and made to work or disposed of. Especially gun-owners, liberals, troublemakers, protesters, whiners, complainers on the Internet and in emails to their friends. Get rid of the most vocal and it'll be much more quiet and easier for the media to get across its message of the "New Day in America".

That way, the "terrorists" are kept under control, except for a few explosions now and then to remind us of the need for continuing military presence on our streets.

Then, the economy shoots forward, no labor problems, lots of production, major companies doing just fantastically well.

After a while, it all goes back to normal.

As soon as there's an overthrow of the fascists.

So, nothing to worry about...
