It already is in some states...i.e., CA...

You folks in other parts don't know how good you have it!

You know done right "which is difficult" 800ft detached is enough for 2. For years I let out 500ft with parking and a 20x20 yard to singles mostly. I'd get 20 or more applicants as soon as it hit the papers.
Wish I had a hundred of them.
