Writing my congressman and informing folks whom I know, many rightwing NRA types, who are clueless. Excellent! Just be sure you have facts at hand - not hyperbole like that of the present Administration stripping us of our rights systematically. Or the "typo" of Ken's "50 million" votes. Double-digit IQ or not, I can only read what's written; he might have really found that figure believable. ..."Bush is as bad as Gore". Quite a concession from a diehard Republican. That's tantamount to saying, "Bush is the worst human on the planet", IMO Sounds like you have precious little respect for either Mr Bush or Mr Gore. I happen to think that Mr Bush was by far the lesser of two political evils, although I disagree heartily with some of his policies and alliances. But that is politics.
