I think US has the right to do what is good for the security of its citizens. These are repercussions of Osama bin laden extremism in my article on 13th of Sept 2001 I referred to these consequences as something that may come. We need to accept that we have to suffer collectively for those actions, irrespective of where we stand individually in this war, the most tragic aspect of this policy of generalisation is that people like us who are fighting this battle in the heartland of Islam are on one hand frowned and marked by extremists and equally detested by others across who we favour principally, the wrath of this policy will fall mainly on friends and not enemies of USA.ggg As a friend of USA and with three sons who will have prospects because of their age to be subject to such treatment I am not very thrilled but ces’t le vie! The best thing self conscious and self respecting people like my kids may do is to avoid going unless absolutely necessary, I think his doctoral ambitions from Harvard are out of window that what he told me today after reading your post. Individual issues about my nationality however for me do not in any way constitute any kind of difference in what I believe is the right approach to eradicate terror. The policy of Bush is on the right course some excesses of course can be expected as a price that is required, taking the war to the terrorists and being proactive is important thing that US needs. My support for the cause will not be impacted for a second for what I consider as very marginal issue within overall global problem of terror that we are commonly facing.
