Don, yes - a stock can remain a PnF buy until it goes below the last prior column of Os. That's long after some would dump it. Take CSCO. It becomes a sell at 11. stockcharts.com

I think most PnFers don't wait that long.

But, bullish percent is a convenient way to assess the health of a group.
