I have had two N-Charge units for over a month now. I have been trying them in different situations and different loadings. Both have worked very well. I "broke them in" according to the instructions but I certainly haven't exposed them to very high temperatures. I do note that they tend to self discharge at about 20% a week from fully charged if left unused. On a older model Sony Vaio with a 15" active matrix screen and no power saving features the small N-Charge gives me just under 4 hours from fully charged to dead flat. The internal Li-Ion 2600m mAh supplied by Sony when new didn't last 30 minutes even with all power saving enabled.
