For over a year I have thought that the Japanese government bonds present a huge opportunity. Does anybody know a brokerage that can sell them short or can trade foreign bond futures?

That photo is a crack-up. Anyway, you might need to look into a commodities/futures firm, as shorting government bonds is generally considered in the same region as speculating in pork bellies on the investment totem pole.
