don't forget about napster. I'm on a napster crusade (the reincarnation of napster I mean, kazaa currently)... since I don't care for the recording industry. Its funny how technologies that get adopted by the mainstream are rarely "new". I don't have an MBA myself (I'm sure I score some points with people for that) but anyway the adoption process is something discussed in business classes apparently. Msft the best example, just a simplification and marketing of excel where visicalc was only moderately successful before. Thats how I see videoconferencing/virtual meeting etc. Something we all need, but current system is a pain to use and not marketed well. L
