this society evoles from: 'ego-maniac' to 'ass-size-maniac'.
You know, the kind of mentality that: 'I want to show you
how big an ass I have than yours'. The other problem is:
the society admires, promote 'big ass' and some of them
become role-models.

Well, Grace...my wife's salary is steady, loves her job...I love my job but the wages fluctuate being a freelancer...taking that into consideration, the mortgage payment including prop taxes and insurance would equal btw 31-41% of net depending on how good a year I have.

Also, we are almost debt-free, just have one car payment around $350, pay all credit card bills in full every month, ...no student loans, etc...
