Sylvy: how did it provide a shield. is fraud illegal or isn't it? You are putting yourself in the camp with those willing to sue at whim. you are the epitomy of naive if you believe Bill C. would do anything but veto a bill that affects trial laywers income potential. If the PSLRA was so wrong or even unconstitutional why wouldn't the frippin trial laywers make an example of it and get a case before the supremes, mere morsel for them. you are too easy.
