No idea, I also find that annoying, Ketch announce later should close very soon, so I don't know why its taking so long.. The higher price leads me to believe we will see something soon (I hope so, anyway) Scott

OK I spoke with them, looks like the end of Oct the final prospectus will be issued and would go shortly after that, the reason their web site is shut down is due to the large nbr of US shareholders (approx 50% of the public owners) and SEC regulations, Scott
