Sorry I don't have a lot of time now but the easiest way to share the printer is to double click the name of your 98 PC
in My Networking Places or whatever they call it, I renamed mine Network so naturally I forgot the default name. Once there drag the printer Icon to your XP desk top. XP should prompt you for drivers which you can get from your printer manufacturers website. Follow the on screen directions. That should do it. If not hopefully someone else can help you out. I'm heading to NYC soon to see Bruce Hornsby, I got 2nd row center! I probably won't be back here until tomorrow evening.
