I wouldn't go long on MBI yet stockcharts.com[l,a]daclyyay[pc8!b5][vc60][iLc20!Ll14]&pref=G Stochastics are oversold, but they can stay that way for some time (just like sentiment readings stay the way they are for an extended time <g>) Money flow turned negative again last week, ADX is showing an increasing divergence as it did from 7/8 to 7/22. Even if it hits 40, at the risk of sounding like a CD with a skip in it, instead of going long "too early" wait for a MA crossover confirmed by a MACD over zero, or at least a trendline break upward of a single line MACD. And better yet wait for a VIX over 50 in addition to the above.
