some way to factor the "choking to death" costs. It is the price you pay to industrialize. We went through it, Europe went through it. Once a country gets prosperous enough, they lift their head up, look around, and say, "this place stinks, lets clean it up!" In the meantime, they have to put up with our yogurt eating "Environmentalists," whose ancestors handed them this prosperous country they live in, preaching to them that their "third world" country should do it all with wind and solar power.
