I think you are right...for now I didn't say it wasn't going to happen. I haven't covered any shorts other than the ones I add daily for daytrades. I think that the economic news is so bad and stocks aren't priced for it that we aren't likely to have a significant rally. If we do, I'll just short more stuff. Look at the stocks related to mortgages and credit finance. MBI started puking today. FNM looks terrible. ACF is toast. NCEN has been slaughtered the 10 days. These are forecasting tough times. I'll stick with the retrace or worse. Maybe max pain doesn't happen this month. Or maybe people will buy a shitload of calls. But rocket other than a one or two day squeeze isn't in the cards.
