Only thing I can add and can't say how true was when I expressed my surprise at the length of time, after the 2nd or 3rd time there was an explanation that it was a deal that was quickly pulled together and no prior planning had gone into it, so all the time has to do with the planning. Hard to put any credence in that IMO, might add a week, not 2 months,
