We were "invited" last time and had Arab support as well.
Pray tell what is our business there now?

Any country that said we want a "regime change" in the US would be considered terrorists.

Well from their point of view Bush is a terrorist.
We are there for political reasons only IMO

1) distraction from the economy
2) to fight daddies war
3) for oil
4) because we could not find Bin Laden we need to focus on "another enemy" to take our minds off the unfinished business in Afganistan.

Hussein is simply not a credible threat to the US.

Look at how simple things would be if we took him out last time and just handed the country over to Kuwait or some coolation of moderate Arab countries for an ARAB solution (with a veto by us perhaps). We could have spent $ helping rebuild Iraq (to be paid back in oil). Nearly EVERYONE IS HAPPY.

No.......
We were stupidly worried about IRAN so we did not finish the job when we HAD support.

Well you tell me.
What business do we have there?
More importantly tell me the possible consequences of finishing that business is at this time. What enemies we gonna make.
