Hi G, I greatly appreciate TC 2000. In particular Don Worden likes to reference a market bottom he calls wimpy. They are a historical fact. Not all bottoms require a capitulation bottom. Da Chief suggests that an advance decline bottom occurred several years ago - remember the small cap losers that never did any good - they have gained some ground and it really shows in a stealth way. There is no sure "Holy Grail". It really is different this time - just like it always has been in the past - except for tops being too high and bottoms going too low.GGGG Bob
