I can't answer that. But I do know that the Iranians were oppressed enough by the Shah that there was a national revolution against him. I can't say the same for Castro.

A friendly suggestion or two for the future.

I've stopped being on the internet in the later part of the evening. I've found that it stimulates the brain cells and makes it difficult to fall asleep.

A friend of mine uses an interesting technique when he has difficulty sleeping. He watches TV with the sound off. An incredibly boring activity.
