Do you think that the good folks at Enron would have gone completely out of control if they didn't have "Honest Bob" Rubin to run cover with their bankers, so that "nothing" would go wrong? When they finally tried to call in the favors, they found an HONEST administration in place, one that simply waived 'goodbye' to them, despite the efforts of "good 'ol Bob Rubin" over at the bank. It must have been a real shocker to them. But that's history. Happens all the time...
