Now that you mention it, I have noticed him getting confused a couple of times. I think all the party stalwarts, especially the ones that you can count on to be "Anti-war-left," are really mad about the congressional reaction.

Looking at it from a technical political standpoint, I don't think the party leaders have anywhere else to go. In Gulf one, we had not been attacked. Even if Saddam had nothing to do with this one, 9/11 is there, and people are pissed. I suspect the column I posted from Reason tonight, by Paul Fruend, is very close to the truth of the situation.
