The Legality of Using Force By BRUCE ACKERMAN Editorial / Op-Ed The New York Times September 21, 2002 The more articles I see with this tone the more I consider the possibility that GWB might do the impossible, revive the American left in opposition to his Iraqi invasion scheme. Not likely right now but there are an increasing number of these kinds of op ed pieces which, in effect, build the case for extra-Congressional opposition.
