Israel was willing to accept Clinton's proposal, it was the PA that refused and started suicide bombings, but now many in the PA say Clinton's deal IS acceptable. Yes, indeed. The honest student of history will realize one primary lesson. Force & violence are the most effective political tools. After unrelenting siege by the Israeli army and by the blockade enforced by Israel, the Palestinians are more willing to relinquish their land. This does not change the fact that they have a legitimate claim to it, and may use violent means to defend it. Israel is conquering Palestinian land, and you are trying to justify it by the simple reason that it is working. The same logic could easily justify all of Hitler's acts. Tom
