This McNealy interview published in Computer Reseller News (and posted on the Raging Bull SUNW thread) addresses some questions, not all of them terribly well, but with McNealy's characteristic honesty-mixed-with-hype IMHO.

It's important to keep in mind that it's heavily oriented toward a channel audience more than to shareholders or IT customers. Some of the stuff about how Sun is now into favoring the channel over its own field may be a little exaggerated. The Sun field organization throughout its history has always been very aggressive and frequently obnoxious (and successful until recently). McNealy claims to be trying to rein that in a little but only time will tell whether he really will.

There's disappointingly little about new products in this interview other than hand-waving, It has two main themes: Sun's business model vis-a-vis the channel, and the lessons that McNealy has learned from the bubble and how he's trying to recover from his mistakes.

Some of what he says seems to foreshadow further staff cutbacks.

I don't see much in it that would prompt anybody to run out and buy the stock in the near term. In terms of predicting revenue performance, the best McNealy says he can do is to "straight-line the last four minutes".
