That doesn't differ from my recollection and doesn't conflict with what I've said.

The expansion of this tangent is distracting from the fundamental question of whether or not the US should sign the treaty.

P.S. It was the US who suffered the most from boobytraps and landmines in Vietnam.

You should be able to provide me a credible link [that's what CB requires] that shows how many US and SV casualities there were vs NV and VC casualities to mines and booby traps.
