IMO its time to go short or die: Managers of companies are all bullish or they would not have the job.
It will take some time for them to get oriented to stagnant or negative growth. I see Dow 5000 in the future.
Dell is the best of the breed and I cannot guess the future stock price, I have heard that next year there may be a requirement to deduct options expense from earnings, and that would cause a reduction of 70 % in earnings of tech stocks. It would not be that bad for Dell, but still would cause year/year comparisons to suffer.
