Thus : Would it be natural (for lack of a better word) for Congress to debate on an attempted American Hegemony on some of the best oil fields and the Arab non moderate world, while now it seems possible, (pretext AQ), remains and will remain valid(terrorism), while Russia is on board, all that for the duration of the oil era? The long term future of America is in the balance here just as the rest : besides other positive factors, the US may be able to guarantee the world 20$ baril oil for the next generation. Isn't that a WH subject only ?
