Susan: <"Stocks that bucked the bear"> Without looking, I'd lay 4 to 5 that this list is loaded with charts that have been thrusting into new all-time high territory. Is there a better sector than this for traders seeking long-side trades? No massive overhead-supply; smiling stockholders; "occasional" profit taking; a chart pattern of higher highs and higher lows. i.e. an UPTREND, a mark-up phase. And little volume needed to produce nice trading moves. Buy stocks down 70-90% with killing overhead supply of stock looking to be sold on any bounce? Or buy charts making new all-time highs? To me, the probabilities of gain lie strongly in the latter.
