Cary, Did you read the 30 page expansion of the Monroe doctrine? This may be based less on polls and US invinciblilty and more on Fundamentalist doctrine. Thats what worries me. And the balls to publish this exactly at the wrong time. If it was politics or power they would never admit to it and keep reiterating that iraq is a special case of one of a few special cases. If it was politics it would never have been written much less published. Mike
