Cary, You may be right. Harsh Israeli reprisals may be working on the Palestinians, scaring them straight. I wonder whether when Hamas suspends suicides as a tactic. It would be a first step and welcome if only from a humanistic point of view. Surrealistic watching HQ being taken apart almost brick by brick. That was the most delicated bulldozing operation i ever witnessed. What has arafat wrought on his people and all of it unnecessary? Some Pals may seek vengeance--others maybe will get real. Mike
