Okay, I'm starting to clue in ... it's a Warchild kind of thing, it seems? Quebec a queen's province? rotfl! Yes, we've got spandex, though most of the lumberjacks I know prefer women's clothing, ok? <g> As for those pilots, I was listening to a phone-in show out of Montreal the day the news broke. A surprising number of callers were sympathetic, feeling they were being made scapegoats, hadn't been adequately trained, etc ... (otoh, I remember one of the soldiers who had been there being interviewed a couple of days after the event -- he definitely shared your view that they were fricken morons - ng).
