There are a lot of wild cards in the deck...so its premature to talk about BK or ten baggers.

One of the wild cards is this years drought. Does any one have any information as how this is effecting the hydro-electric production of electricity?

Another wild card would be a severely cold winter. This is common after drought years.

Another wild card would be the Bush war on Iraq. War is generally bullish for commodities. (Ther hoarding syndrome)

The already played wild card is the announced shutting down of obsolete power plants by AEP.

Lots of things could happen and most of them will put upward pressure on the price of electricity.
