BTW: Softee reports on Oct 17 Let's not forget the anti-trust case. I was speaking yesterday with a friend who works at Softee in a Department that will go unnamed but which is fairly keyed into issues dealing with the case. He told me they are expecting a ruling, both on approval of the government settlement as well as on the case involving the non-settling states, by Thanksgiving.
