Politics Over Principle

Interesting Broder column, Scott. He lambasts the Dems for putting politics over principle by not fostering a national debate on the Iraq policy and on the tax cut. I agree. But he should also note that the Bush folk are also placing politics over principle by insisting the Iraq debate occur between now and the beginning of November.

As of Nov 2000, we live in a time of political midgets.
