The charts won't always look bad

They can't, that would be impossible.
As soon as the charts turn around, (hopefully by November 1), I'll give you'll a clear yell to BUY!

But first, both the DIA and QQQ are going to go through some pain. The market will, like a surgeon, cut them open (remove the cancers) and then they'll be able to heal.
