man its amazing how many times the sheep get led to slaughter. The only hard asset I know is GOLD.

This trend seems to have slowed significantly in the Silicon Valley. There are 20+ homes for sale within a 3 mile radius of my home that have price tags of 1-2 mil. They are not moving and prices are being reduced on nearly every property...some as much as 20%. --Rob
