The guy is "Stiff upper lip" Eastern Establishment out of pre-WWII.

And then this one:

I caught a bit of him dropping wreaths off the Iwo Jima recently, for the guys that were lost with him when he was shot down. He was really emotional about it.

I agree about both points, the stiff upper lip notion and that Bush I was/is terribly emotional in public. Interesting contradiction, though.

Liddy the shot of him dropping wreaths for his two buddies is the exact same tape... It is a cut from back in the boat when asked how he really feels about Saddam... Then the woman who did the interview is all over cnn on a night talk show saying "I was really shocked or words to that affect that he said that." It is nuts to listen to with some of these folks who look for stuff,, stuff that isn't there ,, like Koppel.
