Maybe it went right over your head, but your explanation of your interpretation of a news account of what Tim Russert asked and Cheney answered does not quite qualify as "a direct quote from a reliable source where Cheney said the United States WILL invade a disarmed Iraq." As for signaling shifts in policy, once again you demonstrate that you have no grasp whatsoever of negotiations. Oh, and I'm still waiting to hear what the "or else" is if it's not regime change. Are you still sticking with your "we'll kick his butt" answer?
