Jeff, Justa, Ajtj: FYI (clarification): Comment: Paul, NDX bounces without touching Lower BB on daily are of three kinds: (1) Bounces in bull moves (May 01, Dec 01 etc.) where like you said there is some Moving Average support (2) Bounces on retests (May 02 etc.) where Lower BB is not expected to be touched (3) Bounces in bear moves (Sep 02 etc.) where only SPX touches Lower BB - these are very rare and never good bottoms
