I can't find the two sites I thought I had bookmarked for online monitor adjusting but you probably inadvertently hit one of your monitor adjusting buttons. Check the pamphlet you got with your monitor for instructions about how to adjust the settings. Your solution could be as simple as a degauss. If you have installed a new lamp or moved some electronic device near your monitor it could be interfering with your signal. If you can't find the paperwork that came with the monitor you can go to the manufacturer's website and download it. I had to play with my convergence settings to "un-fuzz" my text.
