Jim, I finally received a control number from one broker; I still waiting for ADP to deliver a control number to my other broker. Citibank sent me via fax the Admission Request form requiring that the form be signed by the brokers and delivered to a P.O. box in Edison, NJ before 10AM New York time September 24. Last week we concluded that logistics preclude our participation in the Extraordinary General Meeting, based on Citibank's time requirements. Yet earlier today your advice to tommy (and thereby other holders??) was to go to www.proxyvote.com and ask to vote in person. Why do you think this will work in light of Citibank's timeline? +++++++++++++++ P.S. -- I did not receive responses from anyone at Umoe AS.
