Frost is frozen water vapor, like a mini snow. <<I've been wearing shorts this weekend its so hot. Went to Stanford's opening convocation outdoors in the quad, last Thursday, they were passing out fans and free bottles of water to the audience to lessen the chances of heat stoke and fainting.>> I usually wear shorts. When our heat index says 110 I wear shorts. Then again last year when the wind chill index read -10 I still wore shorts. At the coffee shop they had a pool over when I would show up in jeans. That expired in November, too bad someone didn't have January 4th.
