Don, I fear the data for VECO do not include yet the massive goodwill the recent acquisition involves, I think the goodwill is in excess of $500 MM, but without knowing how much the :tangibles" are "marked up" on the books, one really does not know. At the time of the acquisition I made a fast estimate and came to the conclusion that the tangible book could be negative. (http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=415971).
