Softie, I have to agree with you on EDS. The risk has been taken out of this stock. A move to the low 20s seems like a reasonable bet, imho.

Since EDS got cut in half, then it is probably a lot safer bet than most other techs.
It looks safe to me simply because when I talk to IT people, they tell me that IBM or EDS get most of the outsourcing deals.

EDS also has a lot of military contracts.

As i said, from a TA angle, this is not a safe buy LTBH.
It frankly is one the worst totally damaged stocks i have seen TA-wise.
Sell ANY DCB, short-covering rally; longterm this can go much lower,imo.
I think their MISS, their MASSIVE miss, is because they can't fudge there earnings anymore and get away with it..
I would not be surprised if they at a later date turn up with a re-statement of past earnings.
Max p.s.Employees are fine,but it rings loudly this is a company in which top management has been feeding off the company and its shareholders.
