Is this a question as to whether everyone does have an opinion on the validity of a military strike against Iraq, to use your words, to whether everyone should have? If it's the former, I doubt that is the case, if it is the latter, are you suggesting that it seems too much to ask of a citizenry that it be expected to have such an opinion, or that it is too much to ask of a government that it should respect the opinions of the citizenry or something else?
