I am afraid this incident undersocres how hard it is to get a quality job done in such a short time. You cannot build any police force overnight and we will need to be careful. Yes, and the need for monitoring of the marshalls. If the courts were to intervene fairly aggressively in situations like this one, whoever is responsible for the marshalls would have to shape up. I forget who is the responsible party here: the airlines or the govt.? I lost track of that debate.
